Interactive Brokers LLC Disclosures

IBKR Lite Commission Free Pricing Plan:

IBKR Lite provides commission-free trades in US exchange-listed stocks and ETFs routed to select market makers. IBKR may charge non-commission related fees. Trades in non-exchange-listed US stock (e.g., Pink sheet and OTCBB) are subject to IBKR’s standard commission schedule.

IBKR Lite is meant for retail investors, including financial advisors trading on behalf of their retail clients. IBKR reserves the right to reject any IBKR Lite order or series of orders if IBKR determines the order(s) appear to show non-retail trading behavior. At the time an order is rejected, the client will be automatically presented the option to resubmit the rejected order on a Fixed commission basis. OnClose, OnOpen, and outside regular trading hours ("Outside-RTH") US listed stock orders are free for IBKR Lite clients so long as the order does not exceed 10% of an account's monthly US stock trading volume, otherwise your account will be charged USD 0.005 per share. Market orders placed prior to regular trading hours will be treated as MarketOnOpen orders and count towards client threshold.

IBKR Lite Fees:

IBKR Lite clients are charged no brokerage account activity fees and no market data fees for US exchange-traded stocks and ETFs. Clients may incur non-commission related fees such as market data fees for other products, service fees such as wire transfer fees, and fees to cover regulatory fees incurred by IBKR when clients sell stocks. These fees are not intended to be a direct pass-through of exchange and third-party fees. Costs passed on to IBKR Lite clients may be greater than the costs paid by IBKR to the relevant exchange, regulator, clearinghouse or third party. For products not entitled to zero-commission trading under IBKR Lite, the same commission structure will apply to both IBKR Lite and IBKR Pro. Where applicable, a "Fixed" commission model will apply to IBKR Lite clients for such products. For more information, see commissions

Interest Payments:

Client accounts are eligible to receive credit interest on long settled cash balances in their securities accounts. Accounts with a Net Asset Value of $100,000 receive interest at the full rate on balances over USD 10,000. Accounts with less than $100,000 NAV receive interest at rates proportional to the account size. There is no interest paid on accounts with less than $10,000 in cash. For more information, see interest rates

Lower Your Costs to Maximize Your Return:

Lower investment costs will increase your overall return on investment, but lower costs do not guarantee that your investment will be profitable.

There is a substantial risk of loss in foreign exchange trading. The settlement date of foreign exchange trades can vary due to time zone differences and bank holidays. When trading across foreign exchange markets, this may necessitate borrowing funds to settle foreign exchange trades. The interest rate on borrowed funds must be considered when computing the cost of trades across multiple markets.
