IBUK INVESTMENT ISA COMMISSION CREDITS OFFER OCT. 25th, 2023 - JAN. 31st, 2024 - New IBUK clients receive £55 of commission credits when opening and funding an IBUK Investment ISA (the "2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer")
2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer Terms and Conditions:
- The promoter of this 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer is Interactive Brokers (U.K.) Limited ("IBUK") whose registered office is at 20 Fenchurch Street (Floor 12), London EC3M 3BY, United Kingdom.
- The 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer is open from 25th October 2023 until 31st January 2024 ("2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer Period").
- By participating in the 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer, you agree to be bound by these 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer Terms and Conditions. The IBUK General Business Terms and IBUK ISA Terms also apply to your IBUK Investment ISA and are not affected in any way by this 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer. All words and phrases capitalised and not defined in these 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning as defined in the IBUK General Business Terms or IBUK ISA Terms (as applicable).
- Eligibility to participate in this 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer is limited to one IBUK Investment ISA per person/household.
- To qualify for this 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer, you must:
- meet the Eligibility Criteria (as defined in section 6 below) at all times during the 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer Period; and
- complete an IBUK Investment ISA application through the dedicated link https://www.interactivebrokers.co.uk/Universal/Application?ib_prtnr=isa on the landing page and have that account approved and opened before the end of the 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer Period; and
- fund the account within thirty (30) days of approval with at least £1,500 GBP in ("Minimum Qualifying Investment") by means of either or both of:
- a cash subscription which is received into your IBUK Investment ISA before the end of the 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer Period plus thirty (30) days; and/or
- one or more transfers (of cash and/or investments) from your existing ISA(s) held with another provider(s) (i.e., an ISA not provided by IBUK), and where the relevant transfers have been received into your IBUK Investment ISA on or before the end of the 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer Period plus thirty (30) days; and
- you must not have made a withdrawal or transfer which causes the value of your IBUK Investment ISA to fall below the Minimum Qualifying Investment at any time before IBUK applies the £55 of commission credits to your IBUK Investment in accordance with section 7 below.
- You acknowledge that to be eligible to participate in the 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer, you must be:
- a new client of IBUK and the IBKR Group (i.e., no current accounts with IBUK and/or its affiliates).
- an individual person of at least 18 years of age.
- a resident in the United Kingdom ("UK1") for tax purposes or, if not a UK resident, must perform duties as a Crown employee serving overseas which are treated as being performed in the UK, or be the spouse or civil partner of a Crown employee.
- a direct client of IBUK (i.e., have not been introduced to IBUK by an introducing broker nor advised by a financial advisor).
- in full compliance with the IBUK General Business Terms and IBUK ISA Terms (together the "Eligibility Criteria").
- Subject to section 5 above, £55 of commission credits will be applied to your IBUK Investment ISA within ninety (90) days of the Minimum Qualifying Investment being received into your IBUK Investment ISA (the "Commission Credit Date").
- Commission credits:
- are non-transferable, have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise exchanged for cash value.
- cannot be withdrawn from your IBUK Investment ISA.
- may be used solely to offset commission charges (excluding fees charged by exchanges and other third parties) incurred through trading activity in your IBUK Investment ISA.
- cannot be used to offset any other IBUK and/or its affiliates account fees or deficits.
- The £55 of commission credits will be available for use solely on your IBUK Investment ISA for a period of ninety (90) days from the Commission Credit Date (the "Cut-Off Date"). Any unused commission credit at the Cut-Off Date will expire.
- IBUK reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer at any time in its sole discretion without notice (including for legal or commercial reasons). - This 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer is not open to (i) any employees of IBUK and/or its affiliates and (ii) any immediate family member (parent, sibling, spouse, child) or household member of an IBUK/IBUK affiliate employee.
- If within twelve (12) months of opening your IBUK Investment ISA, you make a withdrawal or transfer which causes the value of your IBUK Investment ISA to fall below the Minimum Qualifying Investment or close your IBUK Investment ISA, IBUK may cancel the £55 of commission credits applied to your IBUK Investment ISA as part of the 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer and/or deduct cash from any of your IBUK accounts of an equivalent value to the commission credits that you have used (up to a maximum deduction of £55), subject always to applicable laws and regulations.
- Any IBUK Investment ISAs established in order to improperly exploit, abuse or undermine the 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer (as solely determined by IBUK) are not eligible to receive the £55 of commission credits.
- This 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer shall not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- These 2023/2024 IBUK Stocks and Shares ISA Offer Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
